The privacy policy for MyProHelper is simple. We will not sell or share your data or information with other companies. The information that is stored is for using within the MyProHelper applications, for providing assistance when requested and for use by MyProHelper for providing improvements and new features to the application.

We have in app purchase to sign up for either a monthly or an Annual Subscription for MyProHelper. We do not have anything for children.

User Data: Types of user data that this app collects includes the company name, address, email and phone number, and each worker's name, address, phone number and email address. If the HVAC company opts to use the Wages portion for storing their worker's wage information, that is restricted to only being visible to the Company's HR/Admin users, and the worker themselves. This will be accessible by MyProHelper personnel for providing technical support for MyProHelper, but this information will not be sold or shared with any other company.

User Data that is collected, is used by your HVAC company for its HVAC business functions and by MyProHelper for support purposes and for use by MyProHelper for providing improvements and new features to the application. It will not be sold or shared with other companies. User sensitive data that is collected, is accessible by the worker themselves or by your company's Admin or HR personnel and by MyProHelper for support purposes.

Secure data handling procedures: Provides for secure data handling procedures for personal and sensitive user data by usage of https: for network communications. In addition, the data is stored in an encrypted form in a database which contains only data for your company.

User Data retention: When a company's subscription has ended, the data will be retained for limited period of time to ensure it is available if your company renews their subscription, after which time, the User data will be discarded. Data that was entered during a Trial, that didn’t Sign-up for a subscription, will be retained for a limited time and then discarded.

We use third-party measurement tools, including Meta/Facebook App Events, to help us understand how users discover MyProHelper and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools may receive information such as app launches, device identifiers where permitted, and subscription purchase events. This information may be used for advertising measurement and attribution. On iOS, you can control tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and your device privacy settings.
